DELIVERY
A warm welcome to the Andre Montana online store. With several warehouses around the world, your order will be shipped from the location with the fastest available stock for you. We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Our shipping is complimentary, worldwide. However there may be some additional customs charges on entry in your country. Please check the import limits and exemptions for your border control.
Our orders are delivered by DHL Express. Please ensure your shipping details are correct. You will receive a notification email upon shipment of your order, with tracking details. After your payment is received, your order will be ready for dispatch within one business day, as quickly as possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If returned within 7 (seven) days of delivery we support free return cost. Please contact us if you would like to make a return or exchange.
The item or items must be returned unused, unscratched, undamaged, in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. The brand packaging and box must be returned also. Your payment is refunded after we receive your return and confirm the item or items are in perfect condition.

WARRANTY
Andre Montana Designs guarantees your eyewear for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase During the validity of this guarantee, should any part of the frames prove defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge to you. Return the eyewear to the address below with your proof of purchase (printed or screenshot of receipt) with the warranty card included in your delivery. Scratched or worn lenses are not included in the warranty. Mishandling, accident or unauthorized alterations and repair render the warranty void.
